TV Frame

At ASM, we completed a project involving the fabrication and construction of a large TV frame made entirely from iron.

From the initial concept to the final installation, our team worked closely with the client to bring their vision to life. We conducted detailed consultations to understand their specific requirements, taking into consideration the size, design, and functionality they desired for their TV stand.

Utilising our equipment and skilled craftsmen, we began the fabrication process by carefully cutting and shaping the iron sheets to the precise measurements provided by the client. Our expertise in laser cutting and CNC machining ensured precise and accurate cuts, resulting in seamless edges and clean lines.

To ensure the TV frame's durability and structural integrity, we selected high-quality iron materials known for their strength and resilience. These materials were specifically chosen to support the weight of large televisions and withstand the demands of everyday use. Our team of experienced welders meticulously joined the individual components, using advanced welding techniques to create strong and secure connections. The welding process not only provided structural stability but also contributed to the overall aesthetic appeal of the TV frame.

In addition to the main structure, we incorporated custom features to enhance functionality and visual appeal. This included strategically placed shelves and compartments to accommodate media devices, cables, and other accessories, ensuring a clutter-free and organized entertainment area.To further enhance the TV frame's appearance and protect it from corrosion, we applied a durable powder coating finish. The powder coating process not only provided a smooth and visually appealing surface but also added an extra layer of protection, ensuring the stand would maintain its quality and beauty over time.

Once the fabrication and finishing processes were completed, our installation team carefully transported and assembled the TV frame at the client's location. With meticulous attention to detail, they ensured that every component was securely fastened and aligned, resulting in a sturdy and perfectly functioning piece of furniture. The completed large TV frame in iron became the focal point of the client's entertainment area, providing a stylish and reliable foundation for their television.
